Effective October 4, 2026
These terms cover the use of www.msadispatchhub.com and the MSA Dispatch Hub software ("the Hub"), provided by MSA Dispatch Hub. By using the Hub you agree to them.
The Hub is dispatch software for trucking companies: quotes, orders, dispatching, driver app, tickets, invoices, reports and text messages. Each trucking company is responsible for the records it enters and for the people it gives access to.
Keep your sign-in private and tell us if you think someone else used it. A company administrator decides who in that company can use the Hub and what they can see.
Trials and plan prices are those agreed when the company signed up. Paid plans renew until cancelled. A company can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the period already paid.
Do not use the Hub to break the law, send unwanted messages, or access another company's records. We may pause an account that does.
Program: MSA Dispatch Hub dispatch texts. Trucking companies that use the Hub send text messages through it to their own drivers and office staff, and reply to customers who text them. Messages include load assignments (pickup, delivery, material and times), dispatch updates, ticket-review alerts and running-late alerts, and replies to order requests. Each message starts with the trucking company's name.
How people opt in: a driver or staff member gives the trucking company their mobile number and agrees to receive dispatch texts when they are hired or onboarded; the company records the date they agreed in the Hub, and texts are sent only after that date is entered. The first text confirms the sign-up. Customers who text the company's number first get a reply to their message. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of employment or of buying anything.
Message frequency varies with the number of loads dispatched, usually a few messages per working day. Message and data rates may apply.
To stop: reply STOP to any message. You will get one message confirming you are opted out and no more texts after that. Reply START to sign up again.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy; we never share mobile numbers or opt-in data with third parties for marketing.
Each company owns the records it enters. We use them only to provide the Hub, as described in the Privacy Policy. A company can download its records at any time.
We work to keep the Hub available and accurate, but it is provided "as is". Dispatch decisions, rates, invoices and legal compliance remain the trucking company's responsibility. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the Hub in the 12 months before a claim.
We may update these terms. We will change the date above and tell customers about important changes.
