Privacy Policy

MSA Dispatch Hub ("we", "us") makes dispatch software for trucking companies. This policy explains what information we collect through www.msadispatchhub.com and the Hub, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account details: names, work email addresses and phone numbers of the people at each trucking company who use the Hub.
• Dispatch records that a trucking company enters: customers, orders, loads, trucks, drivers, tickets and photos, and invoices.
• Driver mobile numbers and the date each driver agreed to receive dispatch text messages.
• Messages sent to and from the Hub, including text messages and email replies.
• Trial requests sent from our home page: name, company, email, phone and fleet size.
• Technical information such as sign-in times and error reports, used to keep the service working.

How we use it

We use this information only to run the Hub for the trucking company that entered it: dispatching loads, sending load assignments and alerts, reviewing tickets, billing, support and keeping the service secure. Each trucking company's records are kept in its own workspace and are not visible to other companies.

Text messages and mobile information

We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or text-message opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile numbers are used only to send the dispatch text messages the person agreed to receive. They are shared only with the texting provider that delivers the messages (Twilio), which may not use them for any other purpose. Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the Hub, under agreements that limit their use of it: hosting and database (Cloudflare), sign-in (Supabase), text messages (Twilio), email (Google Workspace and Resend), payments (Stripe), maps (Google Maps) and AI suggestions (Anthropic). We may also disclose information when the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.

Keeping and deleting information

We keep a trucking company's records while its account is active and for backups after that. A company can ask us to export or delete its records. Drivers and other people can ask the trucking company they work with, or contact us, to see, correct or delete their information. Sensitive personnel details such as Social Security numbers are encrypted.

Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections, access is limited by user permissions, and every company's workspace is kept separate. No system is perfectly secure, so please tell us right away if you think an account has been misused.

Children

The Hub is a business service and is not meant for anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for important changes, tell our customers.
